1. Zero-Collection PolicyInsuranceBananas is a data-transparency utility, not a data harvester. We do not require user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not collect, store, or sell names, email addresses, or phone numbers. This terminal operates as a public repository for federal filings; it does not maintain a database of its users.2. Search Privacy & Session PurgingWe do not store your search history. Once a browser session is terminated, all specific inquiries—including medical procedure codes and geographic identifiers—are purged from our active cache. We provide the record; we do not keep a record of your interest in it.

3. Third-Party & Tracking Shield
There are no third-party tracking pixels, "ad-tech" cookies, or behavioral analytics scripts on this platform. We do not participate in cross-site tracking. Our infrastructure is funded by data transparency, not the sale of user metadata.4. No-HIPAA Jurisdiction ClauseBecause InsuranceBananas does not maintain accounts or link medical inquiries to individual identities, this platform does not function as a "Covered Entity" or "Business Associate" under HIPAA. We do not handle Protected Health Information (PHI). Users are strictly advised not to enter specific personal identifiers (e.g., SSN, DOB) into search fields.5. Third-Party Network DisclaimerWhile InsuranceBananas does not track users, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or browser may maintain its own logs of your network traffic. For users seeking maximum network-level anonymity, the use of a VPN is recommended. InsuranceBananas does not transmit your search data to insurance carriers or providers.6. Sale of Data & State ComplianceIn accordance with the CCPA/CPRA and Nevada Privacy Law (SB-220): InsuranceBananas does not sell, rent, or lease user data to any third party. We do not collect "Personal Information" as defined by these statutes, as our terminal is architected to be blind to the user’s identity.7. Age Requirement & COPPA Compliance
This service is a technical utility intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. InsuranceBananas does not knowingly facilitate searches for, or collect data regarding, individuals under the age of 13. In alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our "Zero-Collection" architecture ensures that no personal identifiers of minors are solicited, stored, or processed by this platform.
